The New Inventors James Pennington was selected to appear on the ABC New Inventors program in July 2007. To be selected on this program you have to go through a very thorough screening including the ABC contacting various professional bodies including the Australian Wine Research institute to verify your invention. After selection the ABC TV crew came to Perth and shot the background footage for the program. This was shot at the superb Houghton Winery site in the Swan Valley The program then went to air on the 17th July 2007.
